Vinyl is the workhorse of New England siding, and it's most of what we install. We hang horizontal lap panels, vertical and board-and-batten panels, vinyl shake and shingle styles, and full PVC sheets.
Lines run level, corners and trim are finished tight, and the panels are fastened so they can expand and contract the way the manufacturer intends.
Shake siding gives a house the deep, textured look of cedar shingles. We install Cedar Impressions-style shake siding — vinyl panels molded to look like cedar shakes and shingles.
It works on a whole house, or as an accent on gables, dormers and bump-outs above lap siding.
Plenty of Greater Boston homes still wear wood clapboard, wood shingles or aluminum. We work with wood and aluminum siding as well as vinyl.
